BrickBalls is a 3D physics game for iPhone: aim your cannon, fire, and smash colourful structures across themed worlds. It is free to play, rated 4+, and BrickBalls Premium adds live Versus matches, removes ads and unlocks extra worlds. Single worlds can also be bought or unlocked with points.

Frequently asked questions

I bought Premium or a world but it is locked again.
Open Settings → Restore Purchases while signed in with the Apple Account that made the purchase. Purchases are tied to that Apple Account and work on all your devices.

Where did the Halloween world go?
Season worlds can only be played during their season (Halloween: October 1 to November 2). Outside it the world shows "Back Oct 1". Your levels, scores and shields are kept, and if you unlocked it with points it stays unlocked for next year.

How do I get a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, find BrickBalls Premium and request a refund. We cannot refund purchases ourselves.

How do I stop seeing ads?
BrickBalls Premium removes all ads. In the free version you can also change your ad consent choices under Settings → Ad Privacy Choices (players aged 16 or older in the EEA, UK and Switzerland; younger players never get personalised ads, so there is nothing to choose) and iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

Game Center is not signing in.
Open the iOS Settings app, scroll to Game Center, and sign in. Leaderboards, achievements and Versus require Game Center. The game itself plays fine without it.

Versus cannot find an opponent.
Matchmaking looks for other players online right now. If none are found within about half a minute you are matched with a computer-controlled opponent so you can still play. Versus requires an internet connection and a Game Center account that is allowed to play multiplayer games (check Screen Time restrictions).

My progress disappeared.
Progress is stored on the device. Deleting and reinstalling the app resets levels. Your points, daily streak and things you unlocked with points are saved to your iCloud account and come back when you sign in with the same Apple Account. Best scores remain on Game Center leaderboards.

How do I delete my data?
Email brickballs@nullbase.eu with your Game Center display name and roughly when you played, and we will delete your gameplay result records. Deleting the app removes all local data. Game Center data is managed by Apple in the iOS Settings app.

Sound or haptics are not working.
Check Settings inside BrickBalls (Music, Sound Effects, Haptic Feedback), the iPhone silent switch, and iOS Settings → Sounds & Haptics.
